Эмпирическое исследование готовности учителей к профессиональной самореализации в условиях научно-исследовательской деятельности

Abstract

The research results of teachers’ professional self-realization are described. The self-acceptance data of the research skills are analysed. Teachers’ theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of scientific-pedagogical research is estimated. An attempt to identify the causes of teachers’ difficulties during the scientific research is made. Statistical manipulation of rates of the length of teaching experience and self-acceptance of the research skills,as well as indicators of motivation and self-realization in professional activity is carried out. Conclusions on the results of empirical research of teachers’ availability to professional self-realization in the conditions of research are formulated.
