Abstract

The article gives an overview of the notion of adherence and loyalty of people working in two types of organizations: Specialized laboratory “Trubnadzor” of Gazprom and Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University. Structure of adherence, its types, factors are determined. Current adherence and normative adherence in the two types of organizations is studied.
